MEETING POINT & REDEMPTION

• Meeting point is at the flying site, Location to be confirmed as we fly at multiple flight base depends on wind directions, Exact address will be informed via email or WhatsApp after we receive your booking

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

• To request cancellation or booking amendment, please notify us at least 12 hours before your flight time.
• to amend, Reschedule or cancel your booking, please reply to email or via whatsapp by including your order number.
• your refund will be processed immediately to your card. We use Paypal payment gateway to accept and refund your payment.
• You will get the refund minus transaction fee,  if the flight not possible on the selected day because of Weather or No enough winds for the flight.
